The 208 condominium residences at The Estates are spread across ten residential buildings sprinkled in homely clusters on either side of the ridge in the community. Some of the residences offer panoramic views of the St. George Valley, some are closer to the amenities for added convenience while others offer more privacy.

Ten residential buildings will be developed in two phases. The first phase of The Estates includes a total of 88 residences in the Banyan, Mahogany, Ixora and Ginger Lily buildings. It will also include the Lakeside Terraces, the Clubhouse as well as the Wellness and Commercial Centre.
